Most workers required motivation not only to feel good about their jobs but also to feel appreciated. Motivation can have several outcomes but most importantly, there is a direct impact as far as productivity is concerned. Whereas some employees find rewards and recognition personally motivating, others prefer money. Motivation echelons within the workplace have a direct influence on employee productivity.
