Workplace diversity management: When managed well, a diverse workplace helps improve staff productivity as well as creating a synergetic environment.  A mixture of diverse cultures, ideas and experiences enrich the environment of any given workplace and foster motivation and creativity. On the flipside, however, a diverse workplace could also be a melting point for cultural and ideological conflicts. As such, management must conceive innovative strategies effective for handling workplace diversity in order to unlock the synergy inherent in diverse workplaces.
