The persistence of English Language Learners and Graduation Rates:There are different professional fields with different areas in this world. Each one of them demands an undisputed level of approach. That is in terms of execution of duties, commitment of a profession and motivation among other aspects. In this context, this paper discusses several management and motivation aspects at a classroom level. Teaching stands as one of the sensitive world professions (Vargas, 2011). In fact, I believe it is the most sensitive there is in the world regardless of the level, or grade. This is because; all the great professionals that we have in the society must have gone through a classroom setup at one time or another (Frazier, 2013).

Schools’ positions are marked by greater equality than the occupational places. However, this so called equality is not represented in the results that we see coming from two races in this country; the Latinos and the African-Americans. Education, as a mean to social mobility and democratic values developer influences social conflict over public education. Being more democratic than work, education may lead to contradiction that shapes the course of social conflict in the state and work place. Therefore, it is time the country embarked on looking for means of making sure that every American kid gets quality education without stereotyping of their performance in terms of race or origin.
