The Ethics of Leadership
The Ethics of Leadership; The performance aspect of every organization is significantly determined by the input it adopts (Iqbal, 20011). This input can be in form of policies, leadership and the relation between employers and the employees.
Good leadership will always lead to better performance of an organization than in a situation where the opposite was applied. However, leadership sometimes has its negative impacts in an organization. This is especially if the persons in power only thought of the prosperity of the organization in question, without looking at the welfare of all the employees.
This is followe by some leadership actions that I totally regard as unethical in leadership. Taking an example of such autocratic leadership, I shall address the one which was portraye by Robert Nardelli.

No matter field of profession of an individual, what matters is achieving the goals laid out and this tends to work out when teamwork is integrate into the organization as it forms a basis of prosperity. These are the leadership skills that Nardelli failed to uphold, for he thought he could achieve success on his own terms without involving the others.
