Stress, Wellness, and Time Management

Stress, Wellness, and Time Management:Being present in my body enables me to be more present in my mind. However, to be a good coach, it takes more than that. I am my own ally in wellness. I usually affirm myself that I can make it regardless of the situation. I am grounded in my own confidence to be my own friend and mentor remembering the experience and training s that have reached me here. I often recall the facilitative conditions of coaching that need to be a part of me, and generally who I am in the coaching process these conditions include, compassionate, non-judgmental, and genuine. Arguably, this is what sums up my coaching presence.

———————————-Middle of paper————-Being psychologically present and alert at the moment requires me to be mindful. I am my own wellness coach and being mindful is a non-judgmental and open way of  being aware of my inner self. Markedly, it includes being non-attached to various outcomes.

I want to focus more on achieving my personal goals first before indulging in other affairs. Having learned various skills, I trust that my wellness including my physical, mental, and psychological well being will be enhanced.
