Stereotype women:Stereotype is a standardized and simplified image or conception that is usually invested with unique meaning and held in common by people belonging in a particular group. In essence, a stereotype is a judgment that is based on a group’s or individual’s actions often thought to be true about the rest of the group.

Diversity and civility has been embraced across the world by nearly all communities. It is therefore worth stating that human beings have undergone a series of events from primitive thinking to diverse thinking (Tannen 221). Stereotypes can mislead us; therefore, it is important to focus on what builds us and ignore that which divides us.
