Stability and personality change

Stability and personality change: David P. Stevens and Carrol V. Truss (1985) in their article, “Stability and Changes in Adult Personality Over 12 and 20 years,” they try to explain the changes in personality of an individual by trying to compare different studies in order to find out whether adulthood influences personality.  Personality refers to how a person behaves in any given condition. The behaviors include the way of thinking and feeling patterns. As the age of people changes, their characteristics change too. One of the characteristics that change is the persona of an individual. (Stevens, Truss, 1985, p.568). David P. Stevens and Carrol V.

Personality also changes as a result of biographical variables. Some of the biographical variables include education and different occupation. But the changes that occur to a person depends on the amount of the variables. (Stevens, Truss, 1947, p.578).
