Spotting Talent:According to the case study the demand for employees some companies exceeds the supply. In real world, the supply of labor exceeds demand. However, companies with technical jobs are very precise in the selection of their employees.  Every company wants a competent employee who will increase their output.

This method would be effective n sporting young talents and nurturing them till they are competent enough to be my employees. Programming challenges used by Facebook have also been effective in sporting talents. These strategies would be effective in identifying the potential employees that would yield maximum returns for the company.
