Sport Facility Profile: It was originally Jacksonville Municipal Stadium and previously Alltel Stadium. EverBank Field is an American football stadium located in Downtown Jacksonville, Florida. It is the home-based stadium of the Jacksonville Jaguars who pay in the National Football League.
The stadium also hosts the yearly Florida-Georgia game, a college football rivalry game between the University of Georgia and University of Georgia. Also, the TaxSlayer Bowl, formerly the Gator Bowl is also in this field. On August 10, 2010, the stadium presumed its current name after the endorsement of a five-year identification rights deal with the financial services company EverBank. The United States national soccer team also use the EverBank Stadium as a venue when hosting a team from a foreign country. (Huang, 2014, p. 628).
The existing stadium was opened in 1995 on the location of the old Gator Bowl Stadium that was erected in 1949.Positioned on the St. Johns River, it sits on a 10 acre piece of land that includes portions of the stadium. When it was launch, the stadium had a total capacity of 73000.

In conclusion, the fact that the stadium has unique features makes it obvious that new contractors of new stadiums will try to meet the standards that have been set by the EverBank Field. Just like the EverBank Field, many stadiums continue to install huge scoreboards and HD video screens from all corners.
