Employers should lay down good procedures and processes for dealing with issues and should always make sure that employees are conversant with them. Every employee in the place of work should understand what the job requires.

An effective leader has competence, character, courage and compassion. Leadership continues to be recognized as recent studies assert, complex enterprise and managers are less effective than leaders. They have developed a shared vision, and value the efforts and contributions of their co-workers in the work place.
