This research shows how one can use psychology techniques to improve themselves. It is a seven steps technique that finally resulted in positivity, gratitude, and happiness. The research shows how much impact one’s environment has to determine their attitude and personality. The paper is on a married woman who has managed to keep her family and save her marriage by standing on her ground and changing her flaws. Her changes have led to a better family and a happy family and also happiness and confidence within her. The paper ends with established goals as she chooses her career to helping others be positive so that they cannot lose everything in their lives.

Many people also consulted me, my children consulted me more often, and my marriage improved significantly. Finally, it will cover the goals I have set for instance, I have decided to continue my sessions at the gym. It will remind me always of how I have worked on improving my confidence. I also plan to spend more time with my family; it is a big future as my career would be. The primary aim of self-development will be to live more positively, be happy and be grateful for my marriage and children. In addition, I address the confidence, self-esteem issue, dealing with grief and issues at school. Changing the later will ensure that I create an environment that will support the efforts that I make for self-development.
