Self Analysis

The society today is made up of people from different nationalities, races, ethnicities, and cultures because of the freedom of movement of people and as a result of globalization (Healey, 2011). In America, for example, the population has become diverse that one cannot ignore the interests of every ethnicity or race because it makes u a significant proportion of the population (Aguirre, 2008).

I can achieve this through acquiring the necessary qualification through training and research. I should strive to acquire great skills than any man in the setting. As a gay, it would be important for me to show that I have respect for other people with different sexual orientation. This can be through respecting the colleagues (Allan, 2013). I would also use the setting to show others that my orientation has no bearing on the output of my work. I should also speak out my identity.
