Research Testing Methods
The preferred organization is a manufacturing company that produces pharmaceutical products. The functions of the factory include; processing, packing and distributing of drugs. The management has considered changing the testing methods that were used to determine suitable candidates. I have been asked to research on testing methods and make relevant recommendation. The tests will consider physical abilities of candidates, cognitive abilities and interests of applicants.

Technological developments were helpful especially in physical ability tests. Through the use of machines, I was able to use standard weights for applicant’s lifting, pulling and pushing. The machines ensured that applicants lifted same weights thus enhancing fairness in the physical ability test.
