Religious Exemptions for Private Businesses

The implementation of religious liberty bill in the new legislative session has brought much controversy over what the measure does. Private organizations have faced challenges to the Affordable Care Act Requirement, which requires employers to provide medical insurance packages to their employees with coverage for contraceptives. These practices have raised questions under the religious liberty bill and the United States Constitution.

In this view, private organizations deserve exemptions from the general legislation without violation of any clause or violation of any equality principles. The exemption act would create competition in the business industry, give religious freedom to company shareholders over their employees and promote the performance of the country in the long run.
