Regular versus irregular employee payment
In the present world, due to the responsibilities, state of a country, the cost of living and other factors, the number of irregular workers has highly increased. To some, life has turned out to being a battle that if you do not have a job you won’t survive. The cost of living has been the main cause why young men and women, old and young, strong and weak have turned for low paying jobs just to earn at least a meal for the day.

In conclusion, the amount of payment offered to the irregular workers is small compared to the amount the regular workers earn. These have been due to factors, for example, the qualifications, role in the company, and reliability and trust that have been considered by the employers. Though these irregular workers play a part in the company’s progress, their salary levels have been a topic of debate for many people.
