The Early Childhood video made a discussion about pragmatics and its association with the development of accepted language in the society. I remember my aunts saying “wow” in unison because I ask to “please be given a slice of an orange fruit when there was a family lunch.   1. I achieved a better understanding of infantile amnesia from the “Early Childhood” video. Most individuals talk about fragments of their memory which could be justified by the lack of self awareness when one is two years of age and below. At this age; one has a minimal language skill which means that they cannot fluently communicate what they have experienced. Memories are related to speech which improves through the 3 to 7 years old of age period of early childhood.

  3. Middle childhood is the age when I achieved better physical coordination. Their muscles are well develop and therefore they do not get into small accidents as younger children might get into.
