Reflection: Ages, Stages, and Faces:This essays will look into views of people from different ages on their perception on the college education. The interviewees included Mark, a 60 year old black American who never attended college; Angel, a 30 year old white American doing her master’s degree; Asmita, a PhD female student of Asian origin; Abdul Kadir, a U.S. college male student of the Muslim religion, and Arturo, a Mexican immigrant who never attended college.
Mark, at the age of 60, regrets for not attending college during his youthful days. According to him, if he would go back to his youthful days, he would not hesitate to join college. Mark asserts that his peers who had a college education are currently big people in the corporate world who have made very big steps in life.

In conclusion, people perceive college training in different ways. It is significant to respect the perception that other people have on education. Evident from the interview responses of the five interviewees, different people place different significance on college training and it is good to embrace all of them,
