This can be drawn from its discovery by Christopher Columbus in 1452, as well as its political, economic and social development that later led to its independent on July 4th, 1776.
The United States of America had through a lot of positive change at this time, with most of its population developing in terms of economic, political and social aspect of life.

This is because this population tends to be more involved in crime than any other in the United States of America. However, what we need to understand is what pushes this population to a life of crime. Other than judging it before we even give it a chance.
There are many reasons that can make this population be involved in crimes, and that is what the American government as well as the public should be addressing, other than racial profiling them just because of their skin color.
