Public relations refers to the techniques an organization uses to alter, control, and modify the spread of information about itself to the general public. Every organization aims at having a good image and reputation with the public. It is for the obvious reason of increasing sales and raising the profit margin.
The three main aims of a company having a good public relation are to lure new customers to use the organization’s products and services, to persuade potential customers, and to maintain the existing customers (Winston & Kinzey, 2013, p.68).
Different companies use various techniques to enhance their public relations. This paper will give an insight look into the techniques used by The Coca-Cola Company, a multinational beverage manufacturer, to improve its public relation in all regions of the world.

They use similar techniques such as interacting with people on social media and the online platform, organizing events, and sponsoring activities such as sports and programs. A good public image means that the organization has more customers hence an increased profit margin.
