The company was hired by B&K Industries to make a phase one environmental site assessment of a property located at the 301 Alexandra Street Sydney. The inspection was subsequently conducted, and the site was thoroughly surveyed and any signs of environmental degradation as well as concerns noted and subsequently recorded. When walking through the subject site, the photographs of the subject property as well as the buildings and structures in the vicinity were taken.

Further to the information collected as part of the Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment, the following are the conclusions have been reached;
a)High-risk potential ground water contamination from the continued spillage of organic compounds and hazardous materials.
b)High-risk potential of soil contamination in the subject property site due to spillage of organic compounds and hazardous materials.
c)High-risk contamination of water due to spillage of organic compounds and hazardous materials as well as lead paints and thinners.
d)High-risk potential air pollution to due high presence of Lead paints, PCBs, UFFIs as well as asbestos.
e)Low-risk potential of air pollution from emissions.
