Based on the manner in which House of Fashion fared during the last quarter, In my capacity as the head of Human Resource Department, i attest to the hypothesis that things need to be put in the right manner to ascertain that the house regains its status among its peers as one of the outstanding fashion shops. Due to the evident event that the employees are demoralized following negative publicity from the media houses, employee performance needs to improve as well as customer satisfaction.
