Rapid technological developments, high customer expectations, and ever changing market place are compelling organizations to continually reassess and reevaluate how they function and to comprehend, adopt and implement changes in the business model in response to the changing trends (Shahin, Naftchali & Pool, 2014).

Organizations are separate entities that require unique leadership styles and abilities to run and manage. Working with teams requires high level of responsibility and authority among leaders. Evidence shows that rapid technological developments, high customer expectations, and ever changing market place are compelling organizations to continually reassess and reevaluate how they function and to comprehend, adopt and implement changes in the business model in response to the changing trends.
