On the basis of Banduras social cognitive theory.

On the basis of Banduras social cognitive theory: The theory of social learning by Albert Bandura indicates that behavior is cultured from the surroundings through the practice of observational learning. Children monitor or study the people that surround them behaving in different ways.

This is demonstrated in the prominent bobo doll experiment (Bandura, Ross and Ross, 1961). Persons that are observed are known as models. In the public, children are encircled or surrounded by many significant models, such as parents in the family, characters on T.V and friends within their social system and teachers at school.

These models present illustrations of male and female behavior to examine and imitate. They concentrate or pay attention to models and encode their behavior. In future, they may imitate or copy the behavior they once observed.

As far as structure is concerned, Cattells theory states that personality characters that make us can be:

In his systems theory, Cattell observes that “the system through which characteristics become internalize is dynamic.” We categorize our characteristics in subcategories that we call upon at will from what is described as the dynamic lattice. This categorization process is call subsidization.

This process depends on our state of emotion which depends on the combination of things that control our emotional drive known as the “erg.” This is the personality structure and the dynamics by which structure is developed (Cattell, 1957)
