Obedience to Authority.
Obedience to Authority: Although adhering to a prejudiced obedience to a higher authority has been highly misunderstood and often criticized for incurring negative trends leading to biased circumstantial consequences; it has since centuries served as a vital organizational tool in influencing our lives by affecting our personal behaviors; promoting communal progression and compliance to a sole course of duty.
There is no doubt that a set-up within which its people live in accordance to the authority has the necessary foundation on which to base their prosperity.
The entire human kind comes with a mixed bag of reactions especially because different people tend to portray a myriad of behaviors. It is for this reason that understanding fellow human beings, has overtime proved challenging to researchers as well as the population.

One reason why we ought to comply with authority is; we do not know what the future holds. We may fail to respect our current leaders but end up becoming future leadership.
Life presents us with the opportunity to write books about ourselves. We manage to do this through our day to day activities. In case we prove thorns in the flesh of leaders, the society will judge us harshly.
On the other hand, a fair judgment awaits us if we live by the set rules. Whichever option we decide to follow, we need to challenge ourselves to become the best that we can just as explained in the McGregor’s Y theory. This is because our personality will be at risk if we fall out of place.
