This paper seeks to develop a plan to address some of the characteristics of learning a team while at the same time describing the role of the team manager. When the plan becomes effective, it can be applied to determine the needs of the learning team.
Moreover, it can be used to as a tool for assessing members on their strength, skills, resources and areas required for improvement in accomplishing the career goals. Recommendations made for all team members are based on the DISC assessment results completed by each team member.

There are benefits that are realized by keeping the employees intact and team members. Notably, understanding team quantify and familiarity assist managers in leveraging in times when the teams are constantly disbanding, forming and regrouping.
