Culture in an organization denotes values, patterns of beliefs, norms, attitudes and accepted processes that influence how people relate and behave in the workplace (Wallis, 2013). For this reason, Culture of safety in a health organization refers to the awareness the employees have about the potential of the likelihood of things to go wrong and the measures in place to correct the situation.

After higher learning certification, individuals aspiring to become nutritionist enter into training program provided by the American Dietetic Association (ADA). The program takes between 6months to 2 years to complete, and consist of practical supervised experience. For example, they learn what different types of food contain such as nutrients, calories and vitamins and how each element affect the body.
