Lev Vygotsky: Having been introduced to cognitivism, behaviorism, and constructivism, this article tries to show my understanding of constructivism and its theoretical components. This research paper focuses Lev Vygotsky, who was a prominent constructivist of his time and have remained relevant throughout the world’s history.

In conclusion it can be argued that Vygotsky line of thinking guided psychological thinking all over the Soviet Union and had also influence across Europe and the America and largely influenced the history of these countries. He was the biggest critic of his ideas it is honest that his thinking about cognitive development in children and adults finds importance in today’s world of psychology and therefore has provided a permanent school of thought and reference to other constructivists and thinkers alike.
