Lack of IT Security Within Multi-Billion Dollar Companies
Globally, all over the world, thousands of IT systems are compromised or breached (Lee & Trim, 2014). Some are attacked purely for the fame of doing so, others for political reasons, but most frequently they are attacked to steal commercial secrets or money.

According to above discussions, it is evident that companies can suffer greatly when they fail to establish an effective IT security system. It is also evident that management negligence and ignorance, as well as the underfunding of the IT security departments, can lead to grave consequences in a company.
To address this problem, corporation must not only conduct regular security audits, but must also train their workers as well as ensure that their IT professionals are competent. Corporations must also adopt the chip and PIN technology in their customers debit and credit cards in order to prevent fraud.
