Juvenile Delinquency – Police Officers in Schools.
Juvenile Delinquency – Police Officers in Schools: Juvenile delinquency has been on the rise in the United States. These are unbecoming behaviors that are perpetrated by underage children. Most of the culprits are usually teenage high school or college students.
There are many factors that can propel juvenile delinquency. These factors range from poor parenting, social environment and peer pressure. Most parents like to pamper their kids to the extent of not rebuking gross behavior.
It is in the spirit of good parenting to guide and teach children on good morals. Cases of bad morality have been on the rise in high schools and colleges. The perpetrators at times put their fellow students at risk and even the teachers.

Currently the healthcare bills have shot up due to victims of drug abuse. Drug abuse causes a number of diseases that are health risks. Students who abuse drugs are at risk of contracting dangerous diseases.
The government should roll out the plan to deploy police officers in schools. One way of making students responsible citizens is by making them stick to set regulations. Parents should make time for their children and impart morality lessons to them.
Allowing police in schools will decrease the number of juvenile delinquent behaviors and guarantee a peaceful environment. The role of police as law enforcers should be respected and allowed to take course (Del, Trulson, 2012).
