Stalin led to millions of deaths in Russia in cold blood. He took peasants lands and forced them to work in labor camps. During the two decades in which he was in power, he never worked for the welfare of the society; instead, he invested into the secret police to make sure that no one would oppose him. Indeed, he must have been the worst leader of all times.
