Jacques-Louis David Antoine Lavoisier and His Wife

Jacques-Louis David Antoine Lavoisier and His Wife:It’s a beautiful picture. The picture depicts two people in the office, man and woman (a couple). Then there are three pillars and walls that are decorated with marble. Antoine’s wife is looking at the viewer while Antoine looks at her. The wife is in a white dress that was in fashion during the 18th century (considering that the painting was done in 1788). She also has a wig, blue belt, and a lace collar.

The contour lines are responsible for the clear visibility of the painting. They are strongly isolated from each object thus making them clear. The viewer can tell all the objects in the portrait.
