IP5- Labor Law: Labor law mediates and facilitates the relationship between employees, employers and trade unions. Individual labor laws caters for the employees’ rights of work while collective labor laws will always involve the three parties concern and these include the employee, employer and the trade unions (Jasper, 2002). Generally, these programs are regulated by the department of labor, which has got the ability to discipline supervisors who victimize whistleblowers, enable members to get medical and family leaves, ensure and promote safety and health standards for all employees and regulate and control the employees’ wages based on the time spent (Cabrelli, 2010).
