Mexico, China, Israel, and United Arabs Emirates have a vastly different cultures. These countries have varying business customs, languages and social protocols. However, there is a strong relationship with several vendors of my vendors. As such, they may be viable business partners for my hamburger franchise expansion project. This paper dwells on the analysis of the cultural similarities and differences that exist between the countries and the United States using Geert Hofstede’s six dimensions.

It is difficult to find a country with Geert Hofstede’s Dimensions that are a hundred percent similar to those of USA. However, as a good entrepreneur, it is important to recognize the intersection between any two cultures and to utilize the intersections to form a proper negotiation strategies that will result in favorable business decisions. Having a high intelligence level and knowing the potential partner’s cultural behavior will give me a higher bargaining power in the negotiation room.
