Informative

The speech selected for this discussion post was presented by Nancy Silverton, who is an American author, chef, and Baker. The speech is called “How to decorate a cake,” and it was heard in-person. In her speech, Nancy Silverton shows how to put final touches on cakes, which make them appear like they came from the bakery. She teaches how to airbrush cakes; cover them with fondant; create sugar flowers; make a fondant bow and ribbon; and so on. The step-by-step directives make it easy to master them.

As the speaker, the things I would have done differently while delivering this demonstration speech would have been to avoid distracting gestures. That is to say, I would have made every movement purposeful. I would have also used more visual aid to establish my points.
