The aim of the aim evacuation plan is to decrease injuries to the public whose lives have been threatened by an incident and save many lives as possible. Agencies involved in an evacuation process should establish a common technique of operation to ensure that they fulfill their role. This call for the government to take four interrelated actions to manage responsibility during an evacuation process which include mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery.
