The long civil war that took place in America was only the beginning of citizens fighting for their rights and freedom. For me, fighting for democracy is one of the noblest tasks bestowed in every American citizen. For me fighting for equality among all citizens and making sure that I do not discriminate anyone regardless of the color, race or social background is the most important thing. This promotes unity both between individuals living within the states and those living in foreign countries.
