Human Resource Management:An organization should not have the right to select employees without government intervention. Organizations are ran by individuals capable of discrimination, harassment and ill treatment of employees. Moreover, they want people they can relate with without having to try so hard to please them, or employees they can exploit by paying them less to keep more money for them and the company. Therefore, organizations if left to select employees without the government intervening, there would be a high level of discrimination especially given the fact that the country is filled with various races and cultures.

The government does not only keep employers from discrimination against employees by gender, race, religion or sexuality, but also fights to preserve the rights of employees to be paid well, have proper working schedules, and a conducive working environment. Moreover, the government ensures people are hired on merit and that all qualified people get employment. Without government intervention there would be no equilibrium or equality at the workplace and the nation.
