How technology today has blurred the lines between private and public

How technology today has blurred the lines between private and public: Technological innovation and invention has been increasing rapidly in the recent past. Technology has greatly improved the health sector, transport and communication, among other areas in the society. Humans have greatly embraced any new technology that is arising in the world today. There has been technological innovation that allows people to capture the private moments of others.

For instance, smart phones are equipped with cameras that allow people to take pictures and record videos at their pleasure. Journals are slowly being replaced by the smart phones because unlike in the past where one could write down those life moments, an individual can record the events on their smart phones and tablets. There are people who are not comfortable when they are being recorded or being taken pictures without their consent.

Technology has got very many benefits in the world today. People tend to be slow to embrace change because they fear the expenses involved, and the difficulty they may face in adjusting to the new lifestyle. However, since using technology to watch others private moments does more good to the society than the bad, maybe the developers of the technology need to come up with ways that shall address the bad things that are associated with watching others.
