How does organizational culture influence the job performance

The article used for this paper is titled “Impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance and Productivity: A Case Study of Telecommunication Sector in Bangladesh.” Organizational culture can be described as the values and behaviors, which contribute to the distinctive psychological and social setting of an organization. It includes the organization’s experiences, philosophy, expectations, and values, which hold it together, and is vented in its inner workings, self-image, interactions with the external world, as well as future expectations.

The research findings considerably demonstrate both negative and positive culture mannerism, which has substantial consequences on the firm and employees’ performance. The data support the conclusions, and the researcher doesn’t over-generalize the findings. The results and conclusions presented in this study can be applied in banking firms to improve employee satisfactions and a company’s outcome in general.
