Health Education Assignment HIV/AIDS

The improvement and expansion of HIV and AIDS education all over the world is vital to averting the spread of HIV. Nearly thirty-four million people live with the virus while other millions become infected every year. Appropriate HIV and AIDS education can be effective in averting new infections by giving society necessary information about HIV/AIDS and how one ca be infected. HIV and AIDS also plays a significant role in reducing discrimination and stigma.

It, therefore, means that there is a strong connection between HIV treatment and risky behaviors that lead to the transmission of the virus. Countries should focus on increasing the access and the availability of HIV treatment drugs in order to reduce cases of rampant risky behaviors.
