For centuries, Christians have disassociated themselves with the material world, terming it a world owned by greedy, corrupt and human exploiters. Moreover, business people are believed to be cunning and selfish and only minding about their well-being. Such sentiments have made Believers to distance themselves with business activities. However, modern Christians have started to change their views on the enterprise world (Wong & Rae, 2011).

Businesses provide people with the opportunity to own property, share and improve the lives of many. However, the book warns that business world also provides an opportunity for misuse and wrongdoing because greedy and selfish people in it. The wrongdoing of some business people, however, should not deter Christians from joining the world of business.
