It should also make use of the forces of competition especially on matters concerning the competitors. Preventing the competitors from entering a particular market is much easier than trying to survive when they are already in the market. Again, it is important for Google Company to adopt strategies that can maximize its strengths and eliminate the weaknesses. When there are market opportunities, the company should not hesitate but should pursue them before the competitors realize them.
