Fossil fuels are naturally formed through natural process. Fossil fuel is also referred to as non-renewable fuel, since its supply will be limited in over time. They are Organic materials’ geological deposits that are combustible that are formed from marine organisms, animals and plants’ decays, converted into heavy oils by exposure to pressure and heating the crust of the earth, for many years. Fossil fuels are composed of hydrocarbons hence it has a high percentage of carbon.

Due to high number of industries it is still not meeting the electricity demand required. Vietnams’ public is satisfied with the growth in economy especially with an unemployment rate of 5%. The energy sector in Vietnam also faces various challenges for instance lack of policies that support energy business development. There is also limitation of size and experience for energy sector in Vietnam compared to other markets.
