Evidence-Based Practice Proposal – Section F: Implementation Plan

The process of implementing a solution for the problem of losing experienced nursing staff to other institutions needs to be based on the identified problems as shown previously. The reasons that make the nurses wish to leave the hospital need proper resolution to ensure that there is more retention of the trained and experienced staff.

The hospital should conduct regular in-house training programs that help the nurses to advance their skills and advance their careers through the hospitals hierarchy. This system can be designed and implemented within a period of two years.
