Evaluate Judicial Power

The administrative agencies are very important bodies in the government. The government has very many agencies which work hand in hand with government bodies in delivering services directly to the people. The agencies role in the law making process and justice delivery cannot be underestimated. The legislative bodies usually delegate some judicial powers to the agency.

After hearing the both sides of the case, the adjudicator is expected to make his decision within 28 days. His decision is binding so long as it is not challenged by any other form of litigation or arbitration.
