Company X consider integrity as the foundation of its business all around the global. The company’s code of conduct helps in defining how to conduct itself as national representatives. It is crucial to the company to be accountable to the principles of the code of conduct of the company policies and the law. Violation of codes of conduct by employees may result in disciplinary actions and in some serious incidence termination of employment. Because the success of the company is related to its reputation, it is up to all employees to uphold that reputation. The company should promote a culture of compliance and ethics for the purpose of enhancing opportunities for success. This paper seeks to develop ethical program for company X for the purpose of enhancing the performance of employees and the overall operations of the company.
