Environmental and Labour Regulation in Thailand and Malaysia: In this paper, I will explore the environmental and labor regulation in Thailand and Malaysia. There is a high probability that the company will be located in these countries because of the prevailing economic factors and other regulation that affect the operation of the company and must be met by the company as required by the laws of these countries.
I will conduct a survey on the environmental regulation and the labor laws in both countries to enable the company to lay down strategies that are in line with different regulation in these two countries.
In Thailand, the environmental regulation has been tightened in the recent years. This has become a challenge and a hindrance in the setting up and the expansion of the companies in the country.
