Does Family Therapy have an effect on Juvenile Delinquents and Re-institution in society? A CAse Study on Florida Latino Juvenile Offenders:This research proposal seeks to present an evaluation the Family Therapy (FT) effect results. The family therapy is examined through a program model known as the FFT (Functional Family Therapy). The model examines the effects of the therapeutic methods implemented to assist and address the Juvenile delinquents imposed by the at-risk problems of the Latino youths in Florida. The FFT model also provides the intervention that enables the Juveniles to re-institutionalize, and that is the re-entering into the society’s mainstream.

Policy makers in the field of family therapy need to be given assistance in an evidence practices when implementing and designing the required reforms in the therapy field. States like Florida will also have to create a pool of financial incentives for their respective local communities. This is to enable the communities to invest in intervention programs which are effective in dealing with juvenile delinquents.
