Differential Justice:Differential justice can be described as the difference in how social control is applied to different groups. In America, Latinos and African Americans are underprivileged in the justice structure. Averagely, white offenders receive smaller sentences for identical crimes.

To conclude, racial partiality studies never entirely consider all of the genuine factors that determine the way a court case is handled. As a result, these unmeasured factors may explain racial inequality if this factors were the ones the races differ on.
