Culture of Gospel Music:In the recent years, the culture of gospel music has really increased due to advancement of technology. Gospel has taken different stands whereby different categories of gospel has emerged. An example of the category is the Gospel blues which is based form of gospel music that comprise of guitar and lyrics which are evangelistic. Another is Southern gospel that uses all tenor quartet styles and the male. There is also Country Christian music, sometimes referred to as gospel country music. This gospel reached its core in the 1990s. Progressive Southern gospel which is a type American music that has developed from the Southern gospel.

The culture of gospel music has really developed since many churches relied on stomping of foot and clapping of the hands as a source of accompaniment. The development of radio in the 1920s really geared the listening for gospel music. Due to World War II, music gospel culture gained major auditoriums it became more elaborate.
